Acceptable Use

You may use this website to browse our cruises, learn about our destinations and services, and submit booking enquiries or reservations. You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, or to attempt unauthorized access to any system.

Bookings & Payments

All cruise reservations are subject to availability and to confirmation by Hellenic Riviera Yachting. A reservation becomes binding once we have confirmed it in writing and any required deposit has been received. Pricing, inclusions, departure times and routes are those communicated at the time of booking.

Safety & Captain's Authority

The captain has full authority over the route, swimming stops and any decision affecting the safety of the boat and guests. Routes may be adjusted or shortened due to weather, sea conditions, mechanical issues or any other safety consideration. Guests must follow the captain's instructions at all times.

Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to behave responsibly on board, supervise minors at all times and respect crew, equipment and other guests. We reserve the right to terminate a cruise without refund in case of dangerous, illegal, or seriously disruptive behaviour.

Liability

The yacht and crew operate under full insurance coverage as required by Greek law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hellenic Riviera Yachting is not liable for personal belongings lost, damaged or left on board, nor for delays, route changes or cancellations caused by force majeure events such as weather, port restrictions or government measures.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, photographs, videos, graphics and the Hellenic Riviera Yachting brand — is owned by us or used under licence and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without prior written consent.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Any dispute arising in connection with our services or this website shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paros / Cyclades, Greece.
